is it possible to make my own accent colour? i use cyan since i use my phone but latety i got bored of it and a want a new accent color but the others do not suit my taste,i mostly need it for start menu color tbh

Depends on what color phone you have. White suits everything, black is like white only to a lesser degree, everything else is based on your phone color.
