Accessing company's resources

Before I added my company account to my phone I was able to access some company's network resources while connected over VPN from home. The same thing did not work in the office because the phone was connected to the corporate WIFI where VPN is not allowed. After adding company's account I wouldn't need VPN in the office anymore. Which is nice. But now, I cannot access resources when I am connecting over VPN from home. Any good ideas?
