Add English Canada and German Qwerty to keyboards

There are localized keyboards for English USA, English UK, English India but not for Canada. Even Canadian French Keyboard is available. Please add English Keyboard with suggestions related to Canada. Also add German Qwerty to keyboards. These two additions are not too difficult to add.

I'm sorry, what difference is Canadian English going to do for Windows Phone? I don't use it so I may not know better, but I am curious.

Canadian English is the same as UK English, maybe that's why it's not been added?

Actually it is somewhere in the middle from a spelling perspective between US and UK. From a grammar and usage perspective Canadian English is probably closer to the US.
