On a W10 PC, languages can be individually attached to a keyboard layout of your choice.
I am Belgian, French-speaking and use Belgian French keyboard layout -
When writing, I can select the language/keyboard I want to use (e.g. US English with be.fr keyboard - as you can see on screenshot below).

On my phone (a Lumia 950), I can't get a similar result.
Languages seems to be hard-linked to a specific keyboard layout -

Dictionary switches from French to English, great but Keybaord layout from AZERTY to QWERTY too

Here are the definition of keyboards but there is apparently no way to link languages and keyboards.

Any idea?
