ADmob ads slowing down and creating lags in our apps

We are constantly having a problem in our windows phone apps when when ever we integrate ad mob ads in to our apps.Though app runs smooth and fine on emulator.Is that because of testing it on LOW END devices ? like lumia 625 ? or we are not integrating ads properly.
 
Emulator perfromance is diiferent that real life devices. I noticed some lag when showing ads too, but i do not thint it s connected with particular ads provider. Sipmple speaking loading ads needs CPU, maybe toy can deffer it to a background thread?
 
Yes, integrating with Ad Networks affects App's Performance a bit. In Fact the Majority of the Crash counts in your crash report would be because of the Ad not Received Operation. The more you use App the more async tasks carry out and the phone CPU cycles are required to perform simultaneous functions. The Reason that App works smoother on Emulator is that the Emulator has free RAM and no background tasks of other Apps besides your App if it has any. This can be considered as the most Ideal condition that may not reflect practically in windowsphone and depends on the number of Apps, available memory, etc. in an individual windowsphone
 
I've experienced lag as well (both with Silverlight and Unity) and that's the reason why I'm not showing any ads in-game any longer. Instead I display ads when the player have completed a level or is pausing.
 
faced the same issues with the ad service of google . now I use ad mediator to switch ad providers in my game .
