Advanced Return Turnaround?

Hi all

My Surface is stuck at the Surface boot screen and I can't get it into recovery so I've organised a swap with MS.
Has anyone had similar and know how long it took for the replacement to arrive?

My advance replacement in the UK took 5 days from arranging the replacement on Thursday to having it delivered via UPS the following Tuesday. Hope this helps.

So I logged the service call on Friday evening, replacement will be here Tuesday before 12noon. Not bad at all and totally hassle free. Well done MS.
