Same problem here on a Lumia 620.
After I changed the language from Italian (the original language) to German that I actually use, the phone started to reboot almost every time it is switched off.
Sometimes I need to shut it down two/three times to get a real shutting down.
I brought it twice to the assistance and twice I got it back with the same issue!!!! They (Media World/Mediamarket, the shop where I bought the phone) said that they reinstalled the software and did a hardware check, but it seems like they did nothing since I have the same exactly issue!
Now I wait for the upcoming update because all my hopes are gone! And it is hard that I would buy again a windows phone in the future! I am very frustrated.
