After I installed Windows phone 8.1 update 2,my Lumia 1520 is keeping restarting, how can I stop it?

After I installed windows phone 8.1 update 2,my lumia 1520 is keeping restarting

My Lumia 1520 had a broken screen,I fixed it with a replacement one and everything get back to normal,after I installed the "Windows Insider" app on my Lumia 1520 I gets the 8.1 update 2,after the update I gets another update which is the WP10 I installed it,I couldn't see the actual home screen or anything,I recovery it to WP8.1 and the update 2,this morning (6/9/15) I see my phone restarting by itself, I've tried to reset it to windows phone 8.1 by using lumia recover tools and windows recover tools but it not recognized because lumia is restarting and restarting .... (not start normally) ..:unhappysweat:. any help?
IDk what else to do,any help?

If you have the time between resets, go to the Reset Phone and see if it will do a hard reset. Maybe others will have more suggestions but this is all I can think of doing.

If you can do a hard reset, how does it work. If you don't like Win 10 you should be able to use the Windows Recover tool then.

Dude I can't even use my phone at all.
I used the recovery tool and still doesn't do anything for the phone.
