After installing Windows 10 on my Dell VOSTRO32 everything has slowed to a crawl. How can I speed things up again?

After installing Windows 10 on my Dell VOSTRO32 everything has slowed to a crawl.

I need some help. I can't get to my files from File Explorer or from Control Panel. The menu doesn't list my files.

If they are on your PC you will get to them from File Explorer. I suggest you look under My Computer and then the C drive. They may be under users somewhere.
