after factory settings phone reset, i have no data on onedrive..help me recover it pls

i have windows 10 for few months and i have a lot of bugs and problems so i wanted to go back on windows 8.1 and i did factory settings reset (hoping that windows 10 will be deleted), now i don't have any documents on images on One Drive even when i log in with my mail. Please help me.

Also, when i installed windows 10 for the first time o could not have my hotmail account i had to have outlook account. My documents are probably on outlook acc but i cant have that one because phone is telling me all the time that my password or mail does not exist..Can anyone help me please??

At the moment you are trying on your phone.
Are you able to login to onedrive on a pc/laptop?
