After rolling IE11 back to IE10, I can't upgrade back to IE11 now.

I was having issues with a website using IE11 so I rolled it back to IE10. Now I am having issues with a bunch of websites. I want to go back to IE11 but the installation errors out every time. I have tried installing all of the prerequisite upgrades, but am still not having any luck. Any ideas?
