After Updating LUMIA 520., phone is unable to switched ON., how i recovered from this??

Try a Soft Reset (Volume Down + power button for 10secs), if that doesn't work, you may need to do a Hard Reset...

I have the same problem. Something that I noticed, however, is that at the top of the screen it says "SetOfflineMemoryDumpCapability failed. 0xc0000225"

I am unable to hard reset and using the recovery tool doesn't help either. Any suggestions?

If you mean the microSD, I already tried that. Sadly, it didn't change a thing.

Update: Updated Lumia Software Recovery Tool to 5.0.6. Still no luck.

I am facing the exact problem. This is 4th time am facing since i bought. I tried to update my phone, the process completed and stuck up whilr restarts.
NOTE:
I tried soft & hard reset
Tried removing memory card
I always keep my charger plugged while doing software update

Resolution: Took the device to service center and restored back with no root cause identified. Spent 400 rs every time.

I hate windows Lumia now. I wont recommend for my friends.
