alarm clock glitch

My alarm clock vibrates with out ringing randomly prevents me from waking up sometimes, anyone else have this glitch?

I've had that happen to me once preNoDo I think. The alarm didn't go off after I snoozed it an I noticed ringtones stopped working too. Only happened to me once though.

It's happened to my HD7 several times. Power-cycling it seems to bring it back.. :-/
