My Alienware laptop will only charge to 47% and then it tells me that it is plugged in but not charging. It is less than a year old, and just started doing it this week. I used the dell online diagnostic to see if the battery is ok, that came back fine.
Anyone else ever had this issue or know what might have caused it?
