I have only Amber, no GDR3. I do have the same problem with installing LUmia Black on Lumia 920.

Updated in Norway. However the notification icon settings are missing from the Glance control panel. Perhaps they are hidden somewhere else.

German Lumia 920 unbranded (Country Variant). Error 80188309 - Update has been transfered but it cannot be opened.

Got this working now. I tried clearing the temporary files in the phone storage and tried again. Seemed to do the trick. Any one having any luck?
