Always Listening for Cortana

Some stuff should not be criticised by fanboys really, Kinect.

But I trust Microsoft. I can't say the same for google.

Is there? I'm ok with a service making money AND improving their service. It doesn't have to be either or.

Of course there is when the user is only asked for consent to use data to improve service and then in about 150 pages long document somewhere hidden online it says "....and we will sell it to someone else and make money without giving a damn how they use it from there on."

I would happily let my data be used to improve say Cortana but not if that data then is going to be sold to Google without me knowing about it, so that Google can track me better on Google Earth.

In case any one is still wondering... hands-free Cortana is coming to Lumia Denim update for Windows Phones. But as expected it will only be available with Nokia Lumias with Denim update (i.e Qualcomm SD 400/800)
