Am I allowed to use Cortana's gifs?

Hi everyone,
I was just thinking this would make an awesome busy indicator. Question is, do you think Microsoft would refuse my app if I used it?

Yeah like a little dot in the middle or something, or a maybe an exclaimation mark or a stop sign hand..

Well, in the end, I've decided to go with the Windows 8 style busy ring. It was simpler for me to import that animation into my wp8 app than display a gif
