Antivirus software on Asus VivoTab smart

Hi folks,

I had Kaspersky 2013 internet security installed on my vivotab smart. The tab used to freeze once in a while when i use. Now, i turned off the kaspersky and turned on the windows defender. No freezing at all.

I am almost happy with my tab now but the absence of an antivirus worries me sometimes.

What antivirus are you people using? Any issues so far. Please let me know.

I am only using Windows Defender on all my PC:s, and it seems to work good, I think it should be safe :wink:

I trust on MS as they know their OS structures and could protect better.
I use MS Security essential on my PC.. so I hope The Defender is enough

In Windows 8, Defender IS a rebranded MSE pretty much.
