I talked to an AT&T rep on Sunday to deal with some account issues and asked about the Visual Voice Mail. She said that AT&T is expecting to work with some Android phones soon. Doing some research, I found a page on AT&T with some info:

It looks like the Android LTE phones (ICS?) are getting the VVM option. I think its also funny that the iPhone plans have longer messages and retention. WT!?
I'll see if I can find an account with the Android LTE data provisioned to try a Mango phone on and see if it works. I tried it on an iPhone account and it didn't, but maybe the Android configuration is closer to what WP7 needs.
