You'd have to think that the reason they can make a slim body is because it's a 6" phone. 4.5" wafer phone is a stretch.

But there are already phones out there with small screen and very slim body.

Even though my hand is enough to handle this phone, the screen is too much.
I can't play the shoot-'em up games because I have too much canvas to work with.

there is always compromises and I fear a completely no-compromise phone with the dimensions of a scaled down 1520 would not be practical.

I don't care if it weights a million suns, as long as it is thin, and the 1520 is a bit acceptable at that.

someone accept that challenge, create a lead phone! or one with 30 seconds of battery life!
