Anybody having start menu issues in tablet mode on latest build 18226.1000?

Having issues with not being able to move Apps aound on the Start menu in Tablet mode , also trying to go to all apps and it wont Scroll up or down and closes back out to start menu Tablet mode?
I sent feedback to MSFT and recreated the issue for them to see it what it's doing. just started on latest build.

Same issue with trying to scroll up or down on all apps, haven't tried moving Apps around.
