Anyone else experiencing audio change

I've been on pd and got the 1520cyan update yesterday and now my music is not as loud and the bass is toned down alot. I use beats music with high quality downloads and checked the equalizer and nothing is helping me get the music quality I had before the cyan update. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

No noticeable change on a 1020 since updating to 8.1 on the 15th. Still impressed with volume and sound quality from speaker and through headsets, aux-in connections, etc. Still just a phone, and I use flat frequency settings, but this is easily the best direct sound I've had on a phone. I have several GBs of lossless music installed. Good luck getting past this.

Thank you, but something is definitely different with the audio using the same iem's before and after the cyan update.
