Anyone else had freeze during password at start up?

Just had to soft re-set as my 925 become a little flakey. This is after three days of seamless use. Then on re-boot froze at passcode after I'd filled it in. Soft reset three more times with same thing happening and then I finally reached the start screen. On my first command to open an app the screen went black, with just signal bar and WiFi showing. Soft reset again and seems to have sorted itself out. Freaked for a minute.

Happy to report not had this reoccur, 8.1 has been seemless since.
