Last night I was searching for stuff with Cortana when all of a sudden I'd hit search and the bar would turn dark grey and she'd freeze up (stop moving) right after hitting search. I couldn't do anything, so I exited out closed her and tried again, same thing. Hard rebooted, this time it was different. She couldn't connect to the servers. Figured maybe it was backend maintenance and ignored it until this morning. That was 8 hours ago, and she still didn't work. I figured what the hell let me turn her off, phone restarts yada yada and now I can't turn her back on no matter how many times I try, she can't connect. Factory reset the phone and presto, works like magic.
