My laptop hasn't received the update yet, so the rollout is still happening.
I have a surface 3 but because of impatience, I used insider release to get it. Now on 14393.82
Just bought a used Surface 3 running 8.1. Any way to upgrade it to 10?

you've tried the usual way of checking for updates?
Yes. It didn't find anything. Is it because it must be purchased now?
I still don't have the anniversary update.
I'm thinking of doing that. I don't want to join the insider program as my S3 is my travel PC. I travel a lot and need reliable software for work. The S3 does everything I need.Use the media creation tool on microsoft's download page. It installs in place just like the official update without having to use the insider program. Anniversary Update is everything Windows 10 should have been from the start. Gesture support in Edge is back! I no longer miss Windows 8, which I was running up until the end of June.
