Anyone here who's also into motorcycles?

So I just bought these earbuds/hearing protection for motorcycle riding from Big Ear. The problem is that it doesn't work with my Samsung Galaxy S10 but works with my husband's. It's quite frustrating because I tried plugging every earbuds I have in the house in my phone and each of them works. I tried calling Big Ear too and they said their products work on both ios and android devices. Could this be a bug?

When you say they 'don't work' can you be more specific? Are they set up properly? What are the main differences between your phone and your husband's? For example, make sure all your apps are updated and check for and apply any OS updates and then try again.
