Anyone tried Photoshop or Illustrator?

I'm almost completely sold on a Surface 3 with the 4GB RAM. I'm wondering if anyone has tried using either Photoshop or Illustrator on it. I'm not looking to do anything major on either, just some sprites and backgrounds for games, maybe some light photo editing if friends ask me to do some work. It does literally everything else I want it for.

Yes, loaded Photoshop and it works fine. Not going to do multi-layers image manipulation with it, but for normal Photoshop use it's just fine!

Awesome, well I guess that settles it. As soon as I sell my Mac, I'm buying a Surface 3. Thanks for the reply.

Thanks for posting this question and for the responses. I have so been wondering about photoshop on a Surface 3. I've been long contemplating the purchase of a Surface Pro 3, but actually like the size of the Surface 3 more since I will be using primarily as a tablet. A couple times a month, I need to do some work in Photoshop and Illustrator for my wife's business (nothing major) so its nice to know that the Surface can handle these two pieces of software as well.

I was curious about this as well. What about Manga Studio or Autodesk Sketchbook Pro? Has anyone tried either of these?

Certainly handles Sketchbook for tablet well, and even though it's already been said - it's handling Photoshop/Illustrator like a champ.

I was interested in this too, so found this video on YouTube.

Skip to the 30 minute mark (this forum doesn't seem to allow a link to the specific time) he compares Surface 3 to Surface Pro 3 on loading large photoshop files. Though there is definite lag in comparison, it doesn't look too bad.
