App List Question

On my trophy when you swipe to the alphabetical list of apps each group is headed by capital letter A... B... C... Etc. While testing the 822 today there were no headers. I click on the letters all the time to skip to S... T... I can't imagine going through the entire list everytime I need an app. Is this a setting or a change in WP8? I don't want to put everything on my home screen. Thanks

On my 822 when I got enough apps I got the letters just like on my Trophy.

Yeah its like 25 or 30 apps, not counting games.

Houston we have a problem.I've got 45 apps, and it's still just one long list.It was working before (with fewer apps), but I decided to reset the phone to factory (experimenting). I didn't restore from backup, just reinstalling apps.Any suggestions?
