App says Loading... and goes back to Home Screen

My Nokia 920 (Yellow) got some phone software updates and after update is done it is not opening any app including Settings.
When I click anything it says "Loading..." and after 6 seconds it is taking me back to Home screen.

Tried reset both soft and hard.. but no luck.

Have u tried the official Nokia software recovery tool . If not then try it.

This should happen only once, apps/ programs like Settings crash from time to time, 100% of the time on my phone, the apps/ programs load up normally after clicking it a second time. Have you tried a simple reboot? I know it sounds silly, but that works for me as well when Music does not want to load.
