I was looking in the App Store and I don't see any of the software I had purchased in the past with my L920. I don't see anything that says "my apps" or anything similar. Should I ?/

Go to the Microsoft store website for your region and select purchase history after you login. All your previously downloaded apps will appear there and you can also reinstall them from that website.

Additionally, if you already know of an app that you have previously purchased, if you attempt to re-purchase it again, it will tell you that you have already purchased the app and ask you if you would like to install it.
