App stuck pending in mobile store

So I'm using 950xl with insider fast ring. On the 14322 update with all the application errors for WeChat, I decided to try installing and reinstalling the app. Now the app has been stuck pending on my all apps screen and when I go to the store it's in my downloads and updates, but with no options to cancel or remove it. Any suggestions??
