App Switcher Background color

When I bought my Lumia 830 the App Switcher background was black no matter what accent color I chose.

After I reset the phone now the App Switcher background is the same color as the accent color, Is there a way to make black again?

There wasn't an option to stop this under settings (as far as I can remember).. However this is not present in w10. When switching you will see the picture you currently have as a wallpaper/ background

The color background is default.

Maybe turn on high contrast under ease-of-access in settings?
