Turned on the ds950 to quite a few app updates this morning. Surprised and happy to see whats app continues to be updated even under the cloud of no support in the new year.

Whatsapp has always been updated frequently albeit the rate has slowed down from the days of WP8.x.

Not looking a gift horse in the mouth but I do wonder the reason behind the updates given the end game. Are their motives altruistic, or for business reasons? Quite frankly they could shutter the WhatsApp Windows team anytime and reassign them.
