Appache cordova for windows map not loading

Hi,
We have developed a mobile application using Appache cordova. The map is not loaded in windows 8.1 but it is working in IOS and Android.

The issue is the google object is not available at the time of page rendering "google undefined" error is coming.I think it is because of remote script is not executed in windows 8.1.

Can any one please help me to resolve the issue.
