i want to create app which will protect apps on my device to run just if entered correct pin-code. i would like to ask, is it possible to get access to apps on my device and run it just if entered correct pin-code. Also i would like to ask is it possible to create autorub app.

Some apps (OneDrive springs to mind) have app-lock functionality built-in.
Not sure how feasible it would be to write a third-party app-lock for any particular app.
They're not things I'm a fan of anyway

Remember your app would be sandboxed so you can't control other apps. The short version is you can't do that.
