Application switch functionality is not working after upgrade

Windows Central Question

After upgrading my Lumia 730 Dual SIM phone to widows 10 yesterday, the application switch functionality which works when you long press the back arrow is not working anymore. This was working when I first upgraded to the 10.0.10586.104 build but stopped working with 10.0.10586.164 build.
Any solution for this?
