I downloaded 8.1 yesterday, or so I thought. As soon as it was finished none of my apps worked. My pics hub, Here maps, calendar, all won't work.
I did a storage check and it shows my media is still there, I can not access it. I cannot even make phone with PHONE, I have to create a contact in order to call a number.
I did get the notification action center and keyboard swipe. But new features like quiet time wont work.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
