Hi everyone
My1020 has problem that cant start any apps. mobile,mail,camera,etc.
for example i chose camera app.
loading-->resuming-->back to home screen.
so i was trying to soft reset.but cant open settings as well.
then I have tried factory reset.but still have same problem...
Any help would be appreciated.
