Are all X3 Elites dual sim?

Looking thru HP's website and related X3 docs I can find no differentiation of single or dual sim phones and no references pertaining to model numbers which would clarify this.

I believe they are all dual sim and that's why you can't find any differentiation or model numbers etc.

I think they are dual SIM but if you use a SD card, it takes one of the SIM slots. Dual SIM, no SD card. SD card, one SIM card. I may be wrong but that's how I perceive it.
