Can't search for apps via phone and no new email to @outlook address?

I been searching since 5:00 am all ok here in USA pa area. Had no problems download some apps and emails.

i couldnt search for apps for over a day on firefox, but i just tried on chrome and it works. i also heard a friend that uses outlook.com complaining about not getting emails.

Maybe MS. is doing some housekeeping?
