are the chinese screen replacement for the 1020 reliable?

my 1020 screen cracked, I changed it in a shop, but the new screen worked only for less than 1 month, than the colours got messed, with plenty of`line in the lengh and width of the display so that somtimes it is impossible to see the display or read what is written, sometimes even the display turns grey and the screen overheats severely on the low left side draining the battery, key lights stopped lighting about a couple of weeks before the display issue appeared. I tried hard reset, it worked again for only 24 hours, tried hard reset again and it won't work anymore. and furthermore, there is no nokia care center in my region.
I was told that the screen replacement was a bad unreliable one.
do you really think it's a matter of screen or there something more sever like a motherboard issue or something??
I found numerous online LCD replacement on aliexpress, most of them come from china, do you think these products are reliable??

Best be careful, I recently ordered one off ebay - the seller was recommendation of an old repair contact as he had no parts in stock and it was an asap repair for a cousin.

The other difference is that the non-oem part had no LED back lighting, I'm not including the seller's name due to courtesy to my long standing contact who has never let me down in regards to phone parts and on the off chance that this wasn't a one-off mistake.

As my cousin needed his phone working asap I didn't not send the parts back for a refund (which the seller offered to do so after being informed of the mistake). I believe it is a genuine mistake as if my contact who I've known for over a decade vouches for than it is what it is.
