Are there any camera grip cases available beside the one from Nokia for the 1020?

I was wondering if there are any other cases or plans to create "camera grip" cases for other Windows Phone models.

I am only able to use ONE hand and I really like the camera grip case for my Lumina 1020. However, I was wondering if anyone knew of any cases that makes it easier to hold a WP to take pictures.

It seems to me that a case wouldn't necessarily need the extra battery.

After all, many WPs are known for their excellent cameras. For instance, the Icon and the 1520. It would be nice to have cases that made taking pics easier / one handed.
