Are you able to download new keyboard languages?

I have been trying to install various keyboard languages lately after installing build 10080 but all are stuck at "preparing download..."

Anyone else facing such problem? Is there a workaround for this issue?

Its a known bug, according to reports it is fixed in next build

Go back to 8.1, download the keyboards, upgrade to 10 and don't reset. That's the workaround...
