ARS Techinca's Smartphone Guide for 2013 - Windows PHone still needs improvement

Well, I kind of expected it to have that conclusion, but Windows Phones are still unbeatable in Cameras and office integration.
I was surprised to see that Windows Phone has only 4 of the 22 games that ArsTechinica thinks are really good.

Camera and Office integration are pretty huge in their own right. Windows Phone will improve if MS has the will to continue to push the platform. IMHO, it will come down to who is chosen to lead the enterprise. 2014 will be a better indicator of where this phone is headed. So far, 2014 looks promising.

I like Ars Technica and generally really like their authors. Especially Part 3, authored by their Android specialist Ron Amadeo, appears to be written by somebody with very limited exposure to Windows Phone.
