I'll give it a whirl and report my take.

Previously, I used what was primarily a web wrapper with some native buttons and it served me decently, just that the info displayed was not mobile friendly at all. And that I also had to login with FB each time. and that the homepage was in spanish I believe.

Starting this for the first time, it looks nice. Login was friendly and easy. Took me to a nice home with a typical ad banner on top. (don't really mind since it isn't a step down.)
Sections are quick to switch to, feels native. the like button is right there so you don't have to hunt for the button.

This feels very polished and well made. An ad free IAP would be appreciated. Kudos to the dev!

very good , next step are live/toast notifications and display of the number of ask/likes/answers on the live tile.

while pinned on the start screen the app doesn't say "ask.fm" it just shows the symbol.
