Aspire 255e windows 10 : Pb with screen's resolution

MY SCREEN IS NOW : 800 x 600 !!!
IMPOSSIBLE TO CHANJGE IT ( LISTBOX CONTAINING DE DIFFERENTS SIZES IS GRAYED ).

HELP !
