asus vivotab: watching movies error

When I bought a movie I tried to watch it an every time I hit play I get this message

"Can't play make sure your video cable an TV both support hdcp copy protection. Also check with the maker of your computers video card to see if there's an hdcp compliant driver for it" anyone else run into this problem an what should I do? I tried both streaming the video an downloading it
