At&t 4g lte question

Quick question...

I'm buying a Huawei phone from China that is advertised as being 4G LTE capable. More specifically, this info is displayed: 4G TDD-LTE 38/39/40/41. Can anyone confirm that these bands will work on AT&T??? Thanks.
