AT&T Lumia 1520, how can I get the insider app to work?

At&t Lumia 1520

The Upgrade advisor app still says that my phone is eligible for Windows 10 but it can't find any updates... Does anyone know how to fix this?

Also, insider app doesn't work on my phone, it keeps on saying "server error" when I tap get preview.

Have you tried after resetting your device? I've had issues before with official OS updates after installing windows insider. Also in order to install the official Windows 10 you'll have to be on the last OS update for the AT&T 1520, i.e. WP8.1 Update 1

Thanks, I'll try using WDRT to reset my phone.
