AT&T Lumia 1520 (RM-940) not picking up LTE

I have three phones on my desk; an iPhone 5 (my wife's) and Lumia 925 and a Lumia 1520.
The iPhone and 925 are both on LTE. The Lumia 1520 (activated two days ago) is only showing 4G.
Tried everything I could think of (reset; reseating SIM card) and I can't figure out why the Lumia 1520 will not pick up LTE.

Any ideas on what I can try?

Do you have Access Point in your settings?

You mean an APN? No, none of them do.
I shouldn't need it - LTE is available in my area.

Download Nokia Access Point from the link below. Once installed, open it from phone settings (mostly the last entry) and select one of the ATT settings.

Problem solved; my crack telecommunications team had not added a data plan. They only added a voice plan.
